At club meetings, the President generally does these things:
- Greets guests as they arrive.
- Starts the meeting. (Gives a brief TM history if there are guests.)
- Introduces the guests.
- Acknowledges new members.
- Introduces the Toastmaster of the Evening.
- [The meeting proceeds.]
- Awards a pin to members after their Icebreaker; acknowledges any members who have completed a manual or earned an award.
- Asks guests for their comments.
- Makes any announcements.
- Wraps up the meeting.
